This is a Yarra Valley Shiraz that doffs its cap to the Northern Rhône. Super stylish flavours of olive tapenade and juniper, with bold blackberry fruit. Some stemminess and scent of clove. Hand-harvested and wild fermented with 20% whole bunches, aged in neutral oak. A succulent, supple interpretation of a single vineyard site in Yarra's Gruyere.
