Why we love this Wine
100% Riesling fruit with 30 days on skins. A heavenly golden copper hue and just as boldly aromatic. The full gamut of savoury spice: sandalwood, curry, ginger, herbal tea. A nice bite of tannin on the ripe palate. Orange enough to stir the adventurous, but still plenty friendly to those of slightly milder sensibilities. Fermented and rested in neutral oak, unfined and unfiltered. Somewhat bohemian.
