Why we love this Wine

Rivulet’s 2022 Priory Pinot Noir is a young, taut beauty with everything in its place (ah, those were the days...). Red cherry, cranberry, and raspberry lead the charge, joined by spice, undergrowth, and a touch of mint—a perfect balance of floral elegance and earthy depth. Grown in Devonian granite soils on 15-year-old vines in Tasmania’s Priory Ridge vineyard, it’s a wine of tension, fruit purity, and verve. Matured in French oak, we've been going absolutely ga-ga for the structured, juicy palate and the dry finish. Delicious now, only likely to improve through to at least 2030.
