Tim Knappstein, Clare Valley royalty, returns to his family's old stomping ground with son Nick in tow, sourcing fruit from a single vineyard east of Watervale where the Terra Rossa brings the this wine to life. Bone dry, high acid. Endless lime, lemon and white blossom, with a cheek puckering goodness racing to the finish. Sharp... as the name suggests.
