Why we love this Wine
Purchasing and replanting an overgrown site with just 1.5 hectares under vine, with roaming livestock and diverse crop planting in between, Raphaelle Guyot has big plans to acquire more land to farm in this style. Her organic wines are super limited, her parcel selection picky. From the Chablis region, this was hand-picked and pressed directly before 12 months on oak. A real mouth-filler, offering lush ripe lemon, defining minerality, white florals and earth.
