Why we love this Wine
For those days when only Chablis will do. Eight generation winemaker Raoul Gautherin works with his pa to manage the family’s 16.5 hectare estate - including 9 hectares of at Chablis level. These guys are super focused on the vineyard, but Raoul also reckons Chablis is a wine made in tank - with lees. Honey, spiced poached pear and flint aplenty.
