There's gorgeous brightness to much of the Chenin Blanc that comes out of Stellenbosch, vibrant with minerals and fruity complexity. Radford Dale's Vinum has all the refreshment factor that the South African climate surely demands, lively with acid and crisp citrus aromas. Opulent and plush, packed with pear, cinnamon and stony minerality on the palate. Lush and lekker bru.
