Picpoul – a grape to reach for when seafood draws nigh, with acid that slices like a paper cut. This bitey little bird trills with a coastal minerality and bright apple citrus zing. More complex than some Picpouls, which can be styled super lean, this shimmering elixir has a little more heft on the palate. This is wine to crack on date night with boo thang.
