Pinot-lover, do you dream of a delicate drop? With fruit from 2 pedigree New Zealand vineyards (both BioGro certified) in North Canterbury and Marlborough, this is certainly that. Capitalising on clay rich soils and the cooler season in 2022, grapes were picked at optimal ripeness. Spicy, savoury and entirely wide-awake, it's the bottle to reach for when only a lighter style will do: think satisfying red fruits and a little smokey haze. Chur.
