Hailing from Victoria’s Pyrenees wine region at 320m above sea level comes this mysteriously powerful Nebbiolo. Praeter have made this one old school, using only gentle extraction and older 500L puncheons that allow this lovely fruit to do its thing. Rose and citrus usher you in, while dark cherry, strawberry and smoke hold you captive in the fog. Settle in.
