A delightful low-sulphur Shiraz (more like Syrah) coming from Redesdale in Central Victoria. 40% whole bunch underwent carbonic maceration for ten days, delivering bake sale red fruit. Drool over cherry pie and strawberry jam, with bags of spearmint leaves and a dash of pepper spice. When the Celsius climbs, keep mum and those damn ice cubes away; chuck it in the fridge.
