Pikes came down from Clare, Joyce brought fifth-generation horticulture know-how from Lenswood — two families, one Hills vineyard, no half-measures.
Lemon myrtle and citrus blossom up front, then pithy grapefruit and lemon zest crowd in behind, with a flinty edge keeping things honest. Some barrel-ferment, but the acid line stays bright and clean right to the end — savvy that knows when to show restraint and when to let loose.
