Special stuff, single vineyard Soave from the slopes of Monte Rocchetta. The La Rocca vineyard is home to vines between 10-50 years in age, certified organic Garganega. Hand-picked fruit is destemmed, crushed and fermented in French oak tonneaux and large format oak barrels. Aged on fine lees, developing deep, nutty complexity and warmth. There's a zippy, pleasant spice to this intensely golden white. A dreamboat food pairing wine, rich enough to shine alongside complex dishes, spice and meat fat. Serve with a wicked chill.
