The Calvarino vineyard sits in the heart of Soave Classico. Produced since 1971, Calvarino has its own distinctive personality, fresh and complex. Wet stone minerals pop on the nose, alongside white flowers and yellow peach. Pineapple, sage and almond develop. But the palate is clean and easy, a semi-saline sip that delights with its dryness. Crisp and precise. Handpicked fruit, destemmed and crushed, vinified and aged in glass-lined concrete 'tulipe' tanks. Aged on lees. This is a true treat.
