Why we love this Wine
As you’d expect, this Grillo from the stellar Piangrillo crew in Ragusa in Southern Sicliy is pretty damn ace. They have built a solid reputation for amazing wines on the back of their organic and biodynamic farming practices and are one of the stars of the region. It’s crisp and savoury with refreshing red apple fruit, a touch of citrus lift, perhaps some grilled nuts and sea spray notes and a wonderful minerality and vivid carry on the finish.
