THE Hungarian grape. Grown from Peter Wetzer’s coolest volcanic site, and with ⅓ the fruit now from his Ság volcanic vineyard, prepare for extra quirk. Pressed by foot before basket pressing into old oak for eight months - in a 120-year-old cellar no less. Unfined and unfiltered, lap up larger than life tangelo and crunchy pear, and bodylicious tropicals and hazelnut. Exciting pairing possibilities here.
