Camp Hill vineyard is one distinctive site. At 250m elevation, with panoramic views of the Baw Baw Shire, it's considered the highest point between the Strzelecki and Great Dividing Ranges in Victoria. With its rocky, red volcanic soils and high-exposure, its wines were always destined to stand out. Patrick Sullivan keeps things tightly coiled and mineral driven, spotlighting young stonefruit character with precision. Hand-harvested, then lees were stirred weekly through the ferment, taking things right to texture and flavour town. Full malo, tick. Floral, graceful and mighty good.
