Why we love this Wine
Self-taught Italians now at home in Spain and doing beautiful things, like reviving almost extinct Spanish varietals. This is Vinyater, a gorgeously raw, lemony fresh white from 60+ year old vines. Retains all its zippiness courtesy of stainless steel, with a little texture coming into play via three months on fine lees. As far as we’re concerned, Massimo and Antonella are modern day heroes.
