Arboreus is a numbers game. 140 year-old vines rise 200m above sea level. 20+ days on skins, 24 months in stainless steel, over 200 days on lees. The result? Lush honey and spice-poached fruit that by some miracle finishes dry and lemon tart. Scores delectable out of ten.
