Why we love this Wine
This is cool: Gilli and Paul Lipscombe of Sailor Seeks Horse making wine under the One Monkey label because of bushfires and loss of fruit for this vintage. Taken from the Gillian Welch song that says, “one monkey don’t stop the show”, and thanks to fruit from mates at Ghost Rock, Tolpuddle, and Clover Hill. In beautiful synchronicity, it’s still the Chardonnay they’re known for: delicate, a fine acid line, tight and poised. Cheers to all.
