Mornington Peninsula-defining Chardonnay. Big call, but this is a big blend, packing in fruit from five of the peninsula's distinct sub-regions—Tuerong, Main Ridge, Shoreham, Merricks, and Flinders. Whole-bunch pressed, settled overnight, and racked to barrel w full solids. Max character, a layered clamouring of warm spice, apple crumble and savoury white miso. Flinty-citrus edge. Real lip-smacking stuff.
