Why we love this Wine
Arianna Occhipinti is the modern champion of Sicily’s Ibleian mountain region. Planting her Grillo vines in 2016 at 490m above sea level, fruit is hand harvested, macerated on skins for two days and allowed to naturally ferment in concrete. Aged in Austrian oak for a year, it’s a little like Pandora’s box; the longer you dwell on it, the more you uncover.
