North’s small north-facing vineyard on Mount Macedon grows Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier for a true traditional sparkling - made Méthode Traditionnelle, no less. Spending a year on lees, unfiltered and without additives, its lovely layers finish oh-so clean.
