Why we love this Wine
This is chef's kiss from the first sip, only getting more interesting from there. A juicy, energetic red, aromatic with strawberries and raspberries, drinking dry and delicious. A big cast: Shiraz, Cab Sav, Grenache, Pinot Noir, but plenty of restraint in the approach. Think medium length and palate weight, tolerating a slight chill very nicely. Crafted without frills—organic fruit from select sites, spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, addition free, unfiltered, unfined. A trophy for the less-is-best movement, Anna Martens and Eric Narioo turn out a red blend that's pure and yet so plush.
