God bless the big, beautiful multi-varietal blend, long may it prevail. Nord-Sud bring together the fruits of three friends, working with multiple growers that share their minimal intervention, organic philosophy. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are here (as in so many great South Aussie whites), with Riesling and Grüner Veltliner in minor roles. Plus 20% McLaren Vale Fiano, macerated one week for bonus flavour, aroma, texture—stonefruit, ginger, chamomile. Stunningly sippable stuff.
