Anna Martens and Eric Narioo lean hard into the minimal intervention style that the Adelaide Hills does so darn well. Organic, cool-climate Chardonnay, packed with citrus and pear blossom. Dry and textural, a little crunch on the palate. White grapefruit and nectarine. Slightly woodsy, somewhat chalky. Get a wicked chill on it and you're in for a great time.
