Super bright and zesty gin out of Japan, made with Old World-style direct-heat distillation. It’s the peppery notes that give this one its Japanese edge, along with yuzu and tangy apples. Lush and elegant with juniper berries, coriander and citrus on top. Textural like silk and intriguing drinking.
