Why we love this Wine
A Riesling that does what Riesling does best. Nick O’Leary and his estate fruit tread the stylistic path of a modern puritan for a wine that’s refreshingly dry and acidic, but not too much of either. Soft lemon and apple, white florals and a little spice as it opens up. High chance of approval by both the mates and the parents.
