Why we love this interesting drink
Pretty lush for a classic Gin. Juniper is the hero and punches through, still all in balance with the botanicals in support. Lovely stuff. It’s an award winner that put Australia and South Australian Gin up on the world stage. Made out of the Chalk Hill Collective site in McLaren Vale. A local hero here.
