Why we love this Wine
Cool kids drink rosé, we don't make the rules. From the alpine slopes of Gattinara, this is mostly Nebbiolo (known locally as Spanna) with a splash of Uva Rara, carefully crafted under the watchful eye of Roberto Conterno. Hand-picked, gently pressed and lees-aged in concrete, it's bottled extra dry for your enjoyment. The perfume simply pops: white jasmine, green tea and dark cherry, with a fine mineral line on the palate and just a hint of youthful spritziness. Springtime in a glass, by way of Piedmont.
