Why we love this Wine
Natalie Theulot vinifies 100% Pinot Noir juice at low temps (14°C) to preserve the fruit's delicate red aromatics, capturing strawberry notes and orchard fruits. Refreshment factor is created by fermenting the base wine in inox tanks before bottling. The finished fizz is one of vibrant balance, with a fleshy heart and warm pastry toastiness. One of the few négociant made at the domaine, sourced from a special parcel of red Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise. An absolute treat.
