Arneis is the Italian variety that so seldom disappoints, inclined to do the slightly nutty, green, herbal thing that makes it so pleasant on the nose. Pears and lemon jump out alongside a lot of blossom, and the generous fruit is nipped in by a lovely soft acid. 50% aged in white oak for oodles of complexity and character.
