Why we love this Wine
Clare Valley Riesling is the schizz and come summer time, you’ll often find us with a glass of Polish Hill River Riesling in our glass. Here Riesling gets the co-ferment treatment with 2% Gewurztraminer for a crisp fresh burst of limey goodness with flickers of Christmas Lily, green apple and a quartzy, minerality and searing, focussed velocity across the palate. Hot damn Clare Riesling is a fine drink!
