Skinsy Riesling! Debate with your friends over whether this is light or medium-bodied, whether that’s zesty lime or lemon peel, Pink Lady or Granny Smith, jasmine or elderflower. There’s a lot of fun to unpack, and you’re all correct, really. Not oxidative, but aged under flor, giving saline twang and a slight nuttiness, Matt Froude has macerated Riesling on skins for twelve days for extra fruity punch and conversational fuel.
