Why we love this Wine
The wine we didn’t know we wanted so bad ’til we heard the words: sparkling, Macedon Ranges, Nebbiolo and Chardonnay. A melange made in heaven. Bottle fermented and 14 months on lees before disgorging. Bright pink in colour, fresh raspberries and cocktail cherries. Spicy dryness and finishing elegant and crisp.
