One of our favourite Sicilian producers, distinctive for their smashable, slightly saline whites. This energetic Grillo/Catarratto blend from natural farmer Dario Serrentino is the poster-child for easy-drinking 'picnic-wine'. High acid keeps it serious, balancing the generous flowers and tropical fruit. It's easy to drink, but linger over it and you'll notice a lot that's worth noticing; a saline mineral drive, sea spray, grapefruit zest. Refreshment city.
