Erring on the balanced side of Pinot, it’s 60% carbonic, 40% whole bunch, and 100% barrel matured. This is an edgy wine with intrigue. Defined by soft fruits layered by savoury notes, including boysenberry, tomato leaf and an aura of smoke. Much to unpack.
