Pinot Gris on skins with wild flair. Beautiful fruit too from Kangaroo Island, dry-grown for more than 15 years with organic practices. Whole bunch fruit flavours, lift and pop, with crunch and texture in the background. Incredibly layered with a lick of reduction in the mix. Unique island hopping, get onboard.
