Pinot Gris, not quite as you know it. Oregon's Willamette Valley offers cool climate and well-draining, basalt rich Laurelwood soils that are utterly unique. A handsome nose of lemon, chamomile and thyme, good body. Raised on lees, undisturbed for ten months. Bright, biodynamic, and bursting with fruit flavours, from apple to starfruit. So fresh and so clean.
