Monceau Fuji Apple Pét Nat Kombucha
Kombucha but not as you know it. The recipe and brewing method for this Pét Nat Fuji Apple Kombucha was developed and refined over 2 years. The flavour profile continues to evolve as the seasons and apples change. This Fuji Apple flavour uses Fujis from West Gippsland in Victoria, which have milder tannin and acidity levels, with a healthy sweetness that drives fermentation. Bubbly without the come down.
Monceau Blood Orange Pet Nat Kombucha
Seriously good. This Pét Nat Blood Orange Kombucha uses blood oranges from the South Australian Riverland. The natural sugars are fermented, yielding floral, aromatic notes and a careful balance of sour and sweet. This can be enjoyed as a non-alcoholic alternative at dinner parties or sunny outdoor lunches. Best in class.
