Why we love this interesting drink
Melbourne microbrewery Monceau are making their mark in the non-alcoholic space. Pushing back against the addition of flavours and sugars, this contains only the natural sweetness of grape juice. Vermentino verjuice is combined with Monceau's organic tea-based kombucha to deliver a crunchy summer beverage bursting with apple, stone fruit and citrus. At a mere 0.5% alcohol, it plays very well with seafood and Sunday nights.
