Made for the love of scoby and low-intervention ferments, Monceau’s Monte Stella is an innovative sparkling Negroamaro from Northern Vic vines that comes in at just 0.5% alcohol. Carefully crushed and fermented Negroamaro grapes alongside their cultures with organic tea as a base, the result is a lifted and floral sparkling bursting with red berries. Thirst-quenching stuff.
