Why we love this Wine
Ethereal, balletic. Blueberries and raspberries, this is a Pinot Noir-lover’s Syrah, if such a thing exists. No new oak here. Dane and Hannah farm two sites; one on the steep hills of Strezelecki Ranges in Gippsland and another beneath the Black Snake Ranges in the Tonimbuk Valley. Both boast quirky soils that translate to great minerality in the glass, here bounded by strong acid and freshness.
