Put a ribbon around it and give it to your boo. Blending Moscato Gialla with Vermentino gives fab floral character of course; elderflower, gardenia, etc. There’s fresh fruit on the nose too. Crunchy green apple, a little ginger hit, musk lollies, while the palate is all mineral purity. Refreshing acid, 100% stainless for the ferment. A fistful that’ll leave you wistful by Dane and Hannah Johns.
