Why we love this Wine
Eating fruit with you, gazing at the moon. But the fruit is hand-picked, and destemmed, and left to wild-ferment on full skins for five days in an open tub. Our hands touch, and you say something like 'Gosh this wine tastes of ripe apricots, and ripening figs, and almond kernels. It's so juicy and textural.' We nod, it's true. 100% Fiano can be like that.
