Why we love this Wine
100% Sangiovese for 100% good times. Late harvested grapes wild fermented on full skins in stainless for 10 days. Transferred to 300L barrels for malolactic fermentation and 10 months on lees. It's come out gorgeous too; vibrant rhubarb, jubey cherries and mulberries. Chillable, but doesn't need it. An instant cult fave.
