Why we love this Wine
Minimum have run wild here, all components wild fermented on full skins in open vats with twice-daily punch downs. Pressed to aged 300L barrels for malolactic fermentation. This is a beautifully rounded wine, no sharp edges, just the plump promise of plums and deep berries in balance. Soft and silken mouthfeel, generous and nicely structured.
