Why we love this Wine
Some years, you lose 95% of your harvest to rogue Spring floods. And in those years, you either drink a lot of wine, or you pick yourself up, direct press your tiny Syrah harvest to stainless, and wild-ferment the pain away in the smallest of small batches. Preferably both. Call it limited edition if you will, which is tragic really, because this peppy little Pét Nat has so much going for it. Surprisingly dry and savoury, with a tart berry sorbet thing happening. A goody.
