Why we love this Wine
Forget cheese for a moment and meet Minim’s newest wine, made with the white grape that thrives in Abruzzo. Pecora is Italian for sheep - folklore says they find these grapes very snackable. Resting on lees all winter long, the wine is savoury, balanced by natural sugar that translates into orange blossom and a round mouthfeel. Go double Pecora; drink alongside a bowl of Cacio e Pepe.
