Why we love this Wine
Winemaker Tim Shoal loves to show off the fruit from Southern Heathcote, and don’t we love it. It comes together in a light red wine here that begs to be chilled down. Alfresco vibes? Yep. BBQ times? Totally. Pops with Beaujolais-inspired raspberries, real personality with unique Aussie laidback-ness.
